Summary: The hotel was in a good location and the reception staff were very helpful. I was able to check in early however I had booked a cheap room and hotels.com gave me the option of either twin or king, however on arrival I was told that room is only a twin room so I had to pay an extra 20 euros to have a double bed. The morning of checkout the cleaner just walked in at 9am and then told me off for not putting the do not disturb sign on the door. I have never had this on the day of check out. I would expect them to check with reception that I had left.
