Casa Redonda the round house. This is the name of this spectacular property in the La Joya urbanization above Cala Llenya in San Carlos. In a unique location on the beach of Cala Llenya, on the east coast of Ibiza.
The idiosyncratic architecture of the house surprises with large-volume rooms such as the large dome and the loft-like extension, in that the open kitchen, the dining area and a chill-out merge seamlessly.
Murals by local artists give individual rooms an individual touch. Casa Redonda combines Arabic architecture with the domes and round rooms and the Ibizan style with natural stones and sabina wood to form a harmonious unit.
Through the entrance you reach the 60m2 dome with the cozy sofa island and the tiled stove.
High patio doors provide a view of your beautiful Mediterranean garden that surrounds the entire property.
From here it goes left into the fireplace room with a cozy seating area and into a double bedroom with shower room en-suite. To the right is another bathroom with a shower. A spiral staircase leads you to the gallery on the upper floor. Here are two further double bedrooms and a shower room. Also to the right of the rotunda is the newer part of the house with an open living, cooking and dining area (75m2).
The kitchen is fully equipped with modern electrical appliances. This is followed by the wine cellar and utility room. A spiral staircase leads to the fourth bedroom with an en-suite shower room.
Eight double-winged doors that can be opened completely lift the boundary between "inside" and the large pool terrace. The pool terrace is surrounded by a well-kept garden with diverse Mediterranean plants and cannot be seen from the outside. A gas BBQ is available for cozy barbecues. You eat at a rustic wooden table. A staircase leads to the direct beach access. All bedrooms have air conditioning and some have TV.
In the off-season, the house can be heated by air conditioning.
In winter, the underfloor heating and the tiled stove, which can be fired from the outside, ensure comfort.
The fireplace room invites you to cuddle up by an open fire.
Children's equipment (cot, high chair) are of course available on request.
Small dogs are also welcome (if well behaved :-))).

In 10 minutes you can walk to Cala Nova beach with various restaurants for every taste.
During the season, a small supermarket opens for small purchases in the urbanization.
