The villa has attractive extensive well-kept gardens with a large (12x5 metre) private swimming pool, and extensive open and shaded terraces with stunning views of the nearby sea. It has 4 double bedrooms (2 double bed & 2 twins) available to guests with 3 bathrooms on the first floor and 2 more shower rooms and WC on the ground floor. The extensive outside terraces offer shaded and sunny areas. The kitchen, dining room and lounge are all finished to a luxurious standard. The villa and its gardens are maintained year-round to a very high standard. WiFi access throughout the villa and patios. You can walk to the marina, shops, restaurants and bars and the extensive sandy beaches are some of the best in the Mediterranean.
