Two-bedroom apartment (55 sq m), rated "3***", offering a very high standard of accommodation, recently renovated and fully equipped.
Located on the 2nd and top floor (no elevator) of an early 20th-century building on the banks of the Adour River, we designed this apartment to provide you with exceptional comfort and optimal functionality for a successful stay in Dax.
With double glazing, abundant natural light in every room, and a predominantly southern exposure (beautiful views of the Adour and the city center), it includes:
- a large living room with a beautiful, fully equipped open-plan kitchen
- two spacious bedrooms, one with a double bed (140 cm), the other with two single beds (90 cm)
- a bathroom with a shower and double vanity
- a separate toilet
A sofa bed (140x190 cm) provides two additional sleeping spaces.
Plenty of storage in all rooms, complete and very functional cookware, induction hobs, large fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, flat screen TV, fibre optic connection (internet access, Orange and Canal+ TV channels).
Quiet neighborhood with views of the Adour River, the "Splendid" (an Art Deco landmark), and the Casino, offering complete privacy, less than a 15-minute walk from the city center and the main thermal spas (Daxadour, Les Thermes (Jean Nouvel), Thermes Foch, Thermes de Borda, Thermes des Arènes, etc.).
A flat rate is offered for spa-goers: a base price of €880 (excluding Abritel booking fees and tourist tax) for three weeks, with rates adjusted according to the length of stay (please contact me for a specific rate for a given period).
For all bookings (spa-goers or vacationers): bed linens and towels are provided, and final cleaning is included in the Abritel rate, except in certain cases (particularly for spa-goers).
