Summary: Very central loaction, next to Triana street and San Telmo bus station. Didn't get the info about how to get in before I came there, but took contact on Whatsapp and got the information I needed. Room and areas was clean and tidy. A bit of sound/noise from the surrounding area. Fan and TV in room and towel
