Positive: On arrival the staff impressed during the checkin process, immediately responding to all our questions and requests. The hotel is (at least to me) very large, but the public areas are nicely appointed and there are plenty of sitting areas, with several nice bars. The bar staff were great, my partner can't do dairy and the staff were always able to source alternative milks.

Negative: Breakfast is buffet style, and was for the most part OK but there were a few instances where the hot food wasn't and some of the alternatives milks were 'off' - the staff did respond to this quickly. Quite a lot of the food wasn't labeled, so we had to search out staff to confirm what we were eating. Also, while there was free parking available, it did get busy which meant we did have to search around the car park for a space - not really an issue just something to be aware of.

Summary: An enjoyable stay with great service.
