Beautiful three storey townhouse located in Alcudia with a unique sea view.
The first floor has all the comforts from a spacious living room with dining table, large windows and a large terrace with sea views. a bedroom with double bed, a bathroom and a fully fitted kitchen with oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher and more.
On the 2nd floor there are 3 bedrooms, one double en suite with fitted wardrobes and a spectacular terrace with sea views. On the other side there is a bedroom with two single beds, a bedroom with a 135 cm bed and a complete bathroom.
On the third floor is the master bedroom with double bed en suite, the best views of the property towards the sea.
A few steps in front of the property there is a direct access to a beach with crystal clear water.
It is adapted to receive cyclists as it has a large garage to be able to store them.
Please note: (There is the possibility of renting the twin house next door and even up to 8 people can be accommodated in the same house, this must be requested on request).
It should be noted that we have fibre optics with high speed internet to be able to telework.

Alcanada is a quiet Mediterranean village situated on a hill overlooking the bay of Alcudia.

At the end of the village is an 18-hole golf course. The Club de Golf Alcanada was built in 2003 by the legendary golf architects Robert Trent Jones Sr. & Jr. and is located in the middle of a nature reserve and offers sensational views of the bay.
The charming Puerto de Alcudia with its harbour promenade and the beautiful old town of Alcudia can be reached by car or bus from Alcanada in just a few minutes.
