Entering the villa there are few steps leading down to the ground floor, where you will find three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The first bedroom has a double bed, TV, a pool/air hockey table, a wardrobe, a desk and a music player. The other two bedrooms have a single bed, a large desk, a wardrobe and a window. Both bathrooms have a shower and one of them has a bathtub.

The garden is located on the first floor and is divided into three levels. It can be accessed from the kitchen or the dining room. The first terrace is a large terrace of 12 x 4m with a dining table for 6 and another one for 4 people. There is also a barbecue. The second height is the salt pool, which measures about 7 x 8m, with a maximum depth of 1,70m. The pool has a shallow area for children to play and a terrace of 5 x 3m with 4 sunbeds for sunbathing.
