Villa Fontana is located in a quiet residential area in Sa Punta des Port, which belongs to Cala d'Or and is not far from Cala Egos. The fine sandy beach of Cala Egos is at only about 500 metres distance. The centre of Cala Egos is in easy 10 minutes walking distance and offers shops, restaurants and bars. The different parts of Cala door are connected by a small electric "train", which can be used free of charge. The holiday resort on the Southeast coast offers a lot of variety, more than 7 beaches, sports facilities, a pedestrian zone with boutiques and restaurants and an elegant yacht harbour. The authentic fishermen's village Porto Petros is at only 5 minutes driving distance, 5 minutes more and you are in Cala Mondragó with its beautiful beaches and turquoise waters.
Villa Fontana is a recently built villa, furnished in a modern, tasteful way. All rooms are ample and sunny.
On the ground floor there is a comfortable living area with views of the beautiful garden and the pool. The kitchen and the dining room are open plan and have access to the dining terrace. The kitchen is modern and fully fitted. Also on the ground floor there are two twin bedrooms, one with a shower bathroom en-suite, the other one with a separate bathroom.
The master bedroom is on the first floor and features a grand double bed, a full bathroom en-suite and a private terrace with sea views. On the same floor there is another twin bedroom with a small terrace and a shower bathroom en-suite.

24-hours A/C is available on pre-request and will be charged with 15,00 € per day in cash on arrival.
Villa Fontana offers a beautifully landscaped garden with lawns and a large pool with sun terrace. There is a covered dining terrace at the house with a dining table and views of the pool and the garden. Next to it there is a brick-built BBQ.

Children are welcome, a cot and a high chair are available free on request. For any additional infant a cot is obligatory and will be charged with 7,00 € per night.
