On the ground floor there are two bedrooms: one with a 2-metre double bed and a full en-suite bathroom with a bath; and another with two single beds. Both have windows overlooking the outside and wardrobes for storing clothes.
On this same floor are the living and dining room and a second bathroom with a shower. The living room, which is spacious and very light, has a sofa, a television, a decorative fireplace and a large table with chairs. In the dining room, there are two large windows overlooking the terrace and the swimming pool. The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped.
On the lower floor there are two further bedrooms: one with a 135 m bed and another with two single beds. Both rooms have wardrobes and an internal window that cannot be opened. In the hallway there is an air-conditioning unit that cools this floor and maintains a comfortable temperature.
Outside, the private swimming pool is situated at the front of the property and is protected by a safety fence for added peace of mind if you’re travelling with children. This area features sun loungers, a free-standing parasol that can be positioned anywhere on the terrace, and a table with stone benches, ideal for enjoying al fresco meals.
Close by is the built-in barbecue, perfect for making the most of summer evenings.
The property also features a small utility room with a washing machine and storage space, as well as a private parking space situated directly in front of the house.

To explore Menorca, we recommend having your own vehicle, whether a car or a scooter, as it offers greater comfort and flexibility, while also providing access to more remote beaches and hidden corners of the island that are not served by public transport.
