The covered terrace offers a generous space to relax or enjoy outdoor meals, while the barbecue area is equipped with comfortable dining areas both inside and outside.
The interior of the villa stands out for its luminosity and open design, with an integrated living-dining room, a fully equipped kitchen and a bedroom on the ground floor. On the upper floor, four bedrooms are distributed: three of them have a double bed, two have an en-suite bathroom and the third has a separate bathroom located in the corridor. In addition, there is a children's bedroom with four single beds and a private bathroom, as well as a small study ideal for working or studying. Some bedrooms have access to a sunny balcony with impressive views of the Mallorcan landscape.
