This is a chalet located in a residential area surrounded by forest and sea 25 km from the city. Very suitable for families, friends and groups. It is located in the Tolleric residential area in the municipality of Llucmajor. It is ideal for 7 people. You will find at your disposal 3 rooms, with a private pool, a furnished terrace and Wi-Fi connection. A fully equipped kitchen and then eat around the dining table that seats 8 people. Or, outdoors by the pool view.
Villa Malen's has 2 bathrooms at your disposal. One is equipped with a bathtub and toilet and the other equipped with a shower and toilet. The house has electric heating and fan towers, basic products for cleaning and cooking. Washing machine, iron and ironing board. As an optional service and if requested in advance, we offer airport transfers for up to 4 people. at a cost of €50 per transfer. Please, keep in mind when parking your vehicle not to do it in front of the large exterior gates of neighboring houses.
