Positive: The Position of this villa is absolutely incredible and the views are outstanding. The outside space is perfect and the pool was incredible. The size of the villa was perfect for a family of 6. This villa is in a lovely location with a beautiful beach close by and some amazing restaurants - just be prepared to walk a little way which includes steps. This was hard work with young children especially when they got tired.

Negative: The interior of the villa is very tired and not like the pictures at all. The interior needs an update and lot of things need fixing, cupboard doors broken, air con sensor kept falling off so air con kept going off during the night, blinds in main bedroom need fixing, smell in the bathroom (with a bath) was horrendous for the whole holiday, a maintenance guy did come but it was still bad. We couldn't use that bathroom. Air con only in the bedrooms and doors had to remain shut, not ideal with young children who like the doors open. For this price air con should be throughout. The plants around the pool area were all dead, I tried to revive them with some water. The pictures look incredible and this has obviously been staged to promote the villa but i think with some updating and care this would be the perfect villa.

Summary: The view was breath-taking and made our stay!
