Villa Sigfrid is located in the urbanization of Cap d'Artruix within the municipal district of Ciutadella.
The villa is in a classic style in its interior and exterior. It is situated on a plot of about 500 m2 and the house has in total 100m2 constructed.
On the ground floor we have all the rooms of the house:
- Lounge ( with sofa bed for 2 people ) and dining area with direct access to the outdoor terrace and with access to the kitchen.
- The kitchen is of square shape and has all the elements in order to cook .
- 3 Bedrooms. Two of them with twin beds and the master bedroom with double bed. The three bedrooms have fitted in wardrobes.
The house has at the same time 2 full bathrooms.
- The outdoor terrace is the most beautiful side of the house with nice view to the pool. It is where we will spend the majority of the time.
- Pool kidney-shaped surrounded by the garden.
- Finally the barbecue on the side of the house with access to the outdoor terrace.
HOUSING IS A SIMPLE, no frills but WITH EVERYTHING WE NEED FOR OUR holiday.
