Can Picafort, in the north of Mallorca, is an ideal place for family holidays. In the village there are many restaurants, supermarkets and shops. The beaches in the north, among them Playa de Muro, Capellans and Puerto de Alcudia are all fine sandy. The little ones of the family enjoy the playgrounds and the water park Hidropark in Puerto de Alcudia.
The villa is centrally located, 130 metres from the beach and close to all amenities. The large terrace gives access to the living-dining room with open plan kitchen, equipped with induction hob, dishwasher and much more. The master bedroom comes with double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower and hairdryer. There are two further bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds. A bathroom with shower and hairdryer, a washing machine, iron/ironing board, Wifi and air conditioning in the living room and bedrooms complete the equipment. A cot and high chair are available on request.

In the Balearic Islands there is a tourist tax, called Ecotasa, which has to be paid for each guest from 16 years of age. The amount is 2.2 EUR per night per person in high season and 0.55 EUR per night per person in low season. From the ninth night onwards, this amount is reduced by half.
