Summary: This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel whilst it is beautiful I found that information was not freely given, there was no milk in the room for coffee and had to ask every day for milk on the second day we had to ask for the room to be cleaned twice and no one turned up until 19,00 and the lady was rude on arrival Food was poor and it was cold we ate in the restaurant on the second night and was certainly not as good as the first time we came. Lack of choice and not value for money. When we checked out we was not asked what our stay was like and feel the second visit was a let down Last point barking dogs continuously to the point my partner hardly slept Beautiful hotel but disappointing in many ways for the money that we paid
