The apartment is located on the third floor of a beautiful classic renovated building with a lift and one apartment per floor. It is more than 200 m2 property, and offers a large living room, kitchen, three bedrooms and three bathrooms.
The access to the apartment is through a 20 m2 entrance hall which leads to a large 50 m2 living room with 4 balconies facing De Los Madrazo street, a living area with a sofa, armchairs and 65" Smart TV, and an area with a dining table for up to 8 people.
The hall also leads to a spacious kitchen (more than 20 m2) which is fully equipped with everything you need. It also has several windows facing the central patio of the building.
