This former Majorcan farmhouse has been carefully and thoroughly renovated. On the ground floor the old stone walls are preserved and the high rooms guarantee in the summer for pleasant temperatures in the house.
The entrance leads directly into the large open kitchen with dining area and through an open stone arch into a small reading room with glass door onto the terrace, bookshelf and a wood stove. In the small living room there is a comfortable sofa and SAT-TV (flat screen) and from here leads a staircase to the 1. Floor.
One bedroom is on the ground floor, as is a bathroom with shower.
Two further bedrooms are located in the 1. Floor and share another bathroom. The views from here up into the wide surrounding landscape, up to the foothills of the Tramuntana mountains near Puerto Pollenca.
The outside area is very extensive. A comfortable covered lounge terrace invites you to spend the hot summers and cozy evenings outdoors. There is also a dining table with sun roof, a brick barbecue and two chill-out resting beds with sun roof.
