Summary: In this hotel the staff makes the real difference! Extremely helpful, knowledgeable, great recommendations for restaurants and instant help with making reservations. After being confronted with other very disrespectful hotel guests they helped us instantly and offered compensation without even having to ask. Lili, Lydia, Paula, Alba and all others from the doorman to the breakfast staff….. you make the fifth star to this lovely hotel. We highly recommend and would definitely stay again
