All the bedrooms, designed with light colours and are located on the first floor with direct access to the terrace, an en suite bathroom, tv and air conditioning; in detail, they are composed by:
Room 1 with two twin beds, and jacuzzi bathtub
Room 2 and 4 are equal with a double bed
Room 3 with a double bed and the bathtub
Room 5 with four single beds, ideal for children (cots and highchairs are available)
The interior is really bright with a lot of natural light thanks to the tall ceilings and glass sliding doors, the living room ,40 square meters, well furnished with sofas, fireplace and big flat TV with cinema System. Here we find also a spacious dining area and an equipped kitchen with 3 fridges and a professional oven.
The view from outside is beautiful,on one side the sea and on the other side the garden.
With a great seaw view two separated spaces: a study for reading and socialization moments and an high tech lounge space for working.
The guest will find also the relaxing area with sofas and a large heated Jacuzzi , the view is open to the sea.
Going outside several relaxing areas with terraces, sunbeds to enjoy the sunset in front of the sea. A large covered terrace with table and chairs and a professional BBQ, finally the magnificent infinity pool 8x5 mt, with a stunning view on the Mediterranean sea (it’s possible to have a security fence for children around the pool ,under previous request).

Rental rules
A 50% of non-refundable deposit is required upon confirmation, while the final balance is due no later than 60 days prior to the arrival date.
