Ground floor living-dining room with fireplace, equipped kitchen next to the living room, three double bedrooms, one with double bed and the second and third bedroom with separate beds and two complete bathrooms, one with bathtub and the other one with shower-cabin.
Upstairs there is a large living room, two bedrooms, one double with two single beds and one triple with three single beds and a complete bathroom with bathtub.
The property is equipped with air conditioning in 4 bedrooms (2 bedrooms on the ground floor and 2 bedrooms on the first floor).
It has a table tennis table and various board games, TV SAT, internet wifi, dishwasher, washing machine, fans and fireplace.

The bay of Pollensa and its beaches of Puerto Pollensa, Llenaire, Cala San Vicente are only 15-20 minutes away by car and in the bay of Alcudia with its 19 km of white sand and shallow waters are the beaches of Alcudia, Puerto Alcudia, Playas de Muro, Es Comú, in front of the natural park of S'Albufera, Càn Picafort. For golf players the two nearest golf courses are Pollensa Golf and Aucanada Golf Club.
