On the ground floor with access from the garden, it has a large living room with access to a porch with barbecue. The kitchen has all appliances, a large pantry and a large backyard with dining table. Both have furniture with tables with a minimum capacity for 8 people. There is a toilet on the ground floor.
On the upper floor there are three double bedrooms. The master bedroom has two large beds of 105x200 cm, a terrace overlooking the town of Mojácar, a balcony and a large and complete bathroom en suite. On the upper floor there is another large bathroom.
