Villa Sitges Les Moreres, a very comfortable villa 15 minutes walk from the Sitges Beaches and 20 minutes walk from the center of Sitges. Close to restaurants and supermarkets, which you can walk to. Renovated in 2017.

Villa Sitges Les Moreres has 180 m2 inside on a 600 m2 plot with a private pool (6 * 3 meters) and very comfortable outdoor areas with lush vegetation.
Villa facing South-West, Villa Sitges Les Moreres is very sunny all day. Very comfortable, with a main floor and only one floor below, with access from the outside with a suite.
Garden with swimming pool and security gate for access (safety for children). Very comfortable outdoor areas, both for lunch and dinner, both on the porch and in the chill-out area.
IMPORTANT:

HOW TO BOOK:

ACCOMMODATION:
The house consists of a main floor and a lower floor with a bedroom and a bathroom (Suite). Access is via 15 steps of a wide staircase. Lunch, dinner in the outdoor dining room.
The ideal chill-out to relax, take a "siesta" or have an aperitif in the afternoon before dinner.
(The villa is distributed in 1 floor +1 and many outdoor living spaces which is a very attractive option for tourists.
It has air conditioning in all rooms and inside the living room / dining room.
Enjoy the outdoor areas 16 hours a day: Bathing in the pool that you can watch from a terrace overlooking the pool, games, food under the porch, dinner, BBQ, Chill-out, everything can be done outside enjoying this magnificent sunny garden. all day due to its South/West orientation.
INSIDE the villa:
There is a private entrance to the villa. On entering the house on the ground floor there is a fully fitted modern kitchen with all almost new appliances.
The open plan living/dining room is tastefully decorated in bright colors and faces directly onto the terrace and garden.
Importantly, for those traveling with children, the pool, at the villa, is protected by an iron fence and offers parents peace of mind and safety for younger children.
The same floor has 3 beautifully decorated and comfortable double bedded rooms with wardrobes. A full bathroom on this floor with shower, and sink, all with a very modern design and decoration.
On this floor you will find great access to the chill out lounge terrace - this is truly a wonderful space for evening entertainment.
Floor -1 has a room with an independent entrance and a bathroom with a shower.
This villa is finished to a very high quality and the combination of location, private garden with large pool and easy indoor/outdoor use make this stunning villa a perfect place to take a break with family or friends.

For 2, or 3 weeks: A mini cleaning or complete cleaning is requested every week with changes of sheets, and bath and pool towels.
For one month, two months, up to 5 months:
In low season, Villa Sitges Les Moreres is rented for long periods. In this case, the supply of water, electricity and gas (heating) is separate with a ski pass of €800/month. But the consumption actually used is applied by showing invoices.
The cleaning of our agencies will be at least every 15 days (or every 10 days). €200/complete cleaning.
IMPORTANT ASPECTS OF PAYMENT AND FEES :
1) You can pay by credit card (3% surcharge) or by bank transfer.
The Vrbo Assistance service can be contracted with both payment methods. It allows you to use your customer service and assistance during your stay.
2 - Each week ends with a cleaning, change of sheets/pool and towels. If 2 weeks are booked, there are 2 cleanings, etc.
3 - This cleaning costs €200/week. The mini-cleaning costs 60 € (2 persons/2 hours).
5 - Tourist tax: 1 €/Adult/Day for the first 7 days.
6 - In low season winter: 800 € for water, lighting and gas based on actual consumption. There is a supplement for heating the house of 300 € / week.
7 - Late check-in: From 20.00 to 00.00. + 45 €
